The first „Games without Frontiers“ in Bosnia and Herzegovina were held on May 26, 2018 on the square in front of the Tuzla Mejdan hall, as a part of the second season of the „In Healthy Schools, Healthy Kids“ project implemented by Vienna osiguranje (former: Merkur BH osiguranje). More than 100 students of primary schools around Bosnia and Herzegovina, representing over 2,000 students from their classes, participated in it, with their teachers and parents, with the objective of winning, through fun and entertainment, a free graduation trip, an award donated by Vienna osiguranje.

The competition was opened by one of the oldest and most popular games - „Sack Race“, which requires skills such as agility and speed. Once the first points were won, the „Mad Race“ ensued, where participants had to spin on their chairs, and then run. Special audience ovation and participants excitement was caused by the „Water Chain“ game, where participants had to empty the big dish behind the competitor by pouring over the water from one glass to another. The competition ended with a ''Finding Logo“ game, where participants had to compose the Vienna osiguranje logo with a blind on their eyes.

The first six teams made it to the finals: students of eight grades of following schools: Aleksa Šantić Primary School from Ugljevik, Ćamil Sijarić Primary School from Sarajevo, Katolički školski centar Sarajevo, Kiseljak II Primary School from Zabrđe, Osman Nakaš from Sarajevo and the First Primary School from Živinice.
