Vienna osiguranje (former: Merkur BH osiguranje) has been awarded the prestigious international award and gold medal Best Buy Award. According to the Best Buy Award 2017/2018 survey implemented in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the insurance services category, buyers selected Merkur BH osiguranje as the number one insurance company offering the best price/quality ratio. The survey has been implemented by the Swiss company ICERTIAS - International Certification Association, in the entire territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the sample included 1,200 data subjects. Thereby, Vienna osiguranje has been selected as the insurance company providing services which are, in terms of quality, corresponding the best the expenditures buyers are ready to allocate for certain services, i.e., as the insurance company providing full services to its buyers.

For the purpose of presentation of this award, Vienna osiguranje organized a gala evening for the Company's employees and partners, whereby valuable rewards were presented to those who contributed to Company's winning the prestigious Best Buy Award.
Best Buy Award is an international surveying and awarding project present in more than twenty countries, based only on buyers' experience and opinion. Various segments of economy, culture, society, health, sports and entertainment have been subject to this survey in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and only one service, that is, company which wins the biggest number of BH consumers' votes, can be awarded the blue medal.
