Deadline for submission of complaints related to a decision or an action of the Company is 30 days from the day complainant received the decision the complaint pertains to, i.e. the day he/she found out about the reason for the complaint. It shall, however, not exceed a year after the event or the event the complaint pertains to occurred. 

If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may contact the Insurance Ombudsman, who is in charge of establishing occurrence of violation of good business practices and basic standards in insurance, as well as mediation aimed at achieving an amicable settlement.

A complaint is submitted to the Ombudsman as a filled in form prescribed by the Ombudsman. This form can be retrieved from web addresses of supervision agencies, as well as in headquarters and branch offices of Vienna Osiguranje.

Insurance Ombudsman is not responsible for assessing indemnification requests or their amount, nor deciding in cases already submitted to courts.
